DEIB Statement

As part of her mission, Ginevra Drinka, PhD, embraces diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging as the organizational standard. Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are core to the way of life within her practice. She seeks to create an environment that values and celebrates diversity while promoting a sense of belonging and feeling valued as a member of her community. She acknowledges that the work of her practice is strengthened by the diverse experiences, different social and ethnic backgrounds, and different genders, sexual orientations of her team and partners. She further acknowledges that diversity, equality, inclusion, and belonging are to be actively supported for their own sake.
