My Approach

I am a talent advisor and coach to leaders at start-ups and Fortune 500s. I have helped clients of all levels manage change in multiple industries.

My research on learning agility and team performance informs how I help leaders move from “good” to “great”!

I apply science to what I do. Everything I recommend and coach leaders on is backed by evidence. I’m confident about my approach because it works.

About Me

I have over a decade of consulting experience. After finishing my master’s at University College London, I briefly moved into the pharmaceutical industry. In 2012, I started a PhD program at Columbia University. As part of my training, I worked for a range of firms that specialize in leadership assessment, leadership development, and succession planning. I also was supervised by award-winning faculty with research focuses in DE&I and leadership effectiveness. In 2018, I wrote my dissertation on growth mindset, psychological safety, and learning agility to understand how these behaviors set high performing leaders apart from their peers. I was supervised by Professor W. Warner Burke, PhD.

Most recently I’ve held several roles in industry. Previously, I evolved VP development practices at Nike, Inc. Currently, I look after leadership assessment practices at Victoria’s Secret & Company.

I’m an advisor at GeniusMesh, an AI-powered executive recruiting, development, and succession planning platform. Additionally, I have a private executive coaching practice where I coach clients virtually from Portland, OR.

I’ve worked with clients across cultures and geographies: New York City, Los Angeles, Paris, London, Berlin, Singapore, Hong Kong, Mumbai, Dubai, and Kuala Lumpur are a few cities where past clients are based.
